Hybrid Team Agreements

Use this template in a meeting or in 1:1's with your team to develop work agreements for a hybrid team. 

The Eisenhower Matrix is a simple decision-making and prioritization tool that you can use individually or on your teams to create clarity about workflow, priorities, and next steps on a regular basis. 


This prioritization tool, called the Decision Matrix, is an extension of the Eisenhower Matrix and can be used to distinguish consequential decisions/actions from inconsequential ones.
